In order to ensure that products meet the international quality standards and technical requirements, the tested and certified raw materials are processed utilizing strict and standardized working procedures, including longitudinal shearing, leveling, molding, high-frequency welding, on-line ultrasonic flaw detection for welding lines, on-line heat treatment of welding seams, sizing, flying saws, end finishing, hydraulic pressure test, off-line detection, pipe end detection, drift diameter processing, and more.
UNISTEEL performs strict protection and control of its final products with an on-site fully automated advanced anti-corrosion coat packing line. During the whole process of coating, marking, package, storage management, lifting and transportation, we operate strictly according to industrial standards and procedures, which reflects our high sense of responsibility and commitment to the quality of our products.

On the production line, UNISTEEL utilizes highly sensitive on-line ultrasonic flaw detectors to monitor and control the quality of the welding seam of steel pipes in a timely fashion.
The 40Mpa hydraulic pressure testing machines help to achieve hydraulic tests of different pressure levels, thus providing professional quality assurance for the steel pipes used by various industries such as Oil & Gas and channel engineering.
Strict inspections are carried out with off-line ultrasonic flaw detectors and pipe end detectors for the pipe bodies and pipe ends after the hydraulic pressure test to ensure the product quality. At UNISTEEL, quality is not just a concept, it is our daily practice.
In the quality inspection center, the all-direction and whole-process supervision and control systems are implemented for the quality of the raw materials, in-process and the finished products by means of low temperature automatic impact test, hardness inspection, metallurgical analysis, chemical analysis, flattening test, tensile test and other normative inspection procedures.
